Not to heavy but still has that work heft feel to it. Bores small holes incredibly quickly, I have the 18v cordless SDS hammer but having a steady power supply and more BPM's is worth the cord. Fast holes up to 2" cored and 1" solid, and not a lot of kick back. Another great product.
