The PS31-2A 12-volt 3/8-inch max lithium-ion drill/driver is perfect for overhead and tight-space jobs. Offering high torque and the convenience of two-speed settings, this tool is powerful and user –friendly for fast, efficient drilling and driving. The drill/driver is incredibly lightweight, built with a 7-inch head length and 2-pound body, making it small enough to fit into tight areas and well-suited for continuous overhead work. About the PS90-1A Inspection Camera
Bosch’s PS90-1A 12-volt inspection camera has 9.5-millimeter and 17-millimeter imagers. Because of this, it has the shortest imager head length which allows ability into a tight radius. In addition the length feature, durable all-metal waterproof are key components to the imager of this inspection camera. The color uniformity accredited to the imagers best in class optics allow for easier identity of objects as well.
It also had a 9-pin connector located at the top of the product. This allows the user to easily connect or remove various attachments. To increase the viewing ease, the screen is 2.7-inches, aggregating inspecting accuracy. The imager is 48-inches in length (17-millimeters) and is powered by 12-volt lithium-ion batteries. My original intent was to get an 'inspection' camera for looking inside the belly pan, sub-floor, and frame-rails of a vintage travel trailer (i.e. pre-purchase inspection).
The Bosch camera alone sells for $191... however, I saw this combo and decided to pay a bit more and get the drill almost free (figured I'd need it for doing work on a trailer).
WOW! I'm sure glad I went with this combo. What a great camera and a FANTASTIC drill!
First of all, the camera/wand is nearly 4 feet long. THAT is a critical feature to consider. Several other brands only have an 18" or 24" wand, almost pointless.
In addition to the 4 foot length, the image quality is very good (and in color). The light intensity can be varied in steps, or turned off. Operation is quick and simple. The wand holds a shape and can be pushed through soft obstacles such as insulation, debris, etc.
I put the camera to work before I ever looked at any vintage trailers:...
I think, explains the few gripe regards Bosch CLPK28-120 12-Volt Max Lithium-Ion 2-Tool Combo Kit with 3/8-Inch Drill/Driver, Optical Scope, 2 Batteries, Charger and Case not fitting or leaking.
