We were pleased with the troubleshooting process, too—the nosepiece is clear and very accessible, letting you clear a jammed fastener without screwdrivers or wrenches, though we couldn't get it to jam for us. Rear loading is simple and fast, and it accepts most brands of 16-gauge nails. It's built tough for the job site, but the home hobbyist would love this tool. BEST CORDLESS NAILER I HAVE PURCHASED YET. I HAVE JUST ABOUT EVERY CORDLESS NAILER OUT THERE. COMPARED TO THE PASLODE, THIS DOESN'T REQUIRE ANY GAS CARTRIDGES, SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO STOP YOUR WORK TO LOAD A NEW ONE. IT SHOOTS NAILS UP TO 2 1/2 INCHES.
THE BUMP FEATURE IS GREAT. DOESN'T JAM AS MUCH AS OTHER NAILERS I HAVE. I RECOMMEND THIS TO ALL WHO ARE IN THE BUSINESS OF HOME IMPROVEMENT.
