I have now been take CDI Torque 1002TAA-CDI Drive Torque and Angle Electronic Torque Wrench, 3/8-Inch for days gone by almost 1 year. CDI Torque 1002TAA-CDI Drive Torque and Angle Electronic Torque Wrench, 3/8-Inch wuth brand "Snap-on" is the best Torque Wrenches in the world.

Review : Good but not the best
Pros:
Measures torque & angle
Very easy to set desired torque/angle
Push button socket release

Cons:
Handle DOES NOT VIBRATE when target is reached
Display not back lit
Minor - have to grease ratchet head for smooth operation

This torque wrench does not vibrate as described in the product literature. I called CDI about this and was told that it used to until they partnered with Snap-on. Snap-on didn't want a competing torque wrench with their model so they had to take this feature out. They were working on updating their literature. Other than that, the wrench seems well made and the angle function works perfectly - it only increments the angle value when under torque. If it weren't for the lack of tactile feel (vibration) when the target value is reached, I would have given it 5 stars.


I believe, explains the few grievance about CDI Torque 1002TAA-CDI Drive Torque and Angle Electronic Torque Wrench, 3/8-Inch not fitting or leaking.
