My husband is a stagehand and has used this at work, assembling heavy stage and video equipment. He had it on his list of "things to buy" and I got it for him as a surprise. He likes the torque, the light weight and the fact that it charges so quickly. However, he does not like the fact that the bits fall out! He also tried to register it online and couldn't. That said, he has already rebuilt two of our fences and recommended it to our neighbor, who bought one online a week later. He has Ryobi, Craftsman, and DeWalt drills, and so far, likes this one the best. No problem with the shipment-it was quick and packaged well.
