Review : the best electric jack hammer ive ever used
this is a very impressive tool, the anti-vibration system is just awesome. w/ this system after the bit gets started you can pretty much operate this breaker w/ 1 hand comfortably, although i wouldnt recommend doing it alot for safety reasons. the tool does almost all of the work, unlike the bosch which is a good breaker but u kinda have to fight w/ it a bit. n at the end of the day the bosch w/ wear on you, the dewalt will not.
this is the most powerful electric breaker out there right now, and u can definitely see the difference. i was recently breaking up a 12" thick concrete slab(4'x6'), which the electric breakers are usually not recommended for. but it made relatively easy work of it. and the bosch was out there too and just didnt really have the power to get through. the dewalt fires 61lbs a hit as to the bosch which is 43lbs or the makita @ 46lbs(63 joules). the dewalt does fire a little less hits per min. than the bosch or makita but you still get alot more work...
I believe, explains the few gripe apropos DEWALT D25980K Pavement Breaker with Hammer Truck and Steel not fitting or leaking.
